As an Official Rolex and Tudor Retailer, we are authorized to receive your Rolex and Tudor timepieces for servicing. With the necessary knowledge, skills and technical know-how, we are at your disposal to advise you on all the technical aspects of Rolex watches.

A watch consists of numerous components working in harmony, collectively known as the 'movement.' Over time, wear and tear, along with the degradation of lubricating oils, can impact its performance and timekeeping precision. To maintain optimal functionality and longevity, regular servicing is highly recommended.

We recommend having your watch serviced at an authorized Rolex Service Centre once every three to five years.

Please bring your watch to an authorized Rolex Service Centre for servicing or repair.

The time frame and costs for watch servicing and repair are determined on a case-by-case basis. Upon receiving your watch at the Rolex Service Centre, your requests will be noted before sending it for examination by a watchmaker. Following that, an estimate of the work required and approximate cost will be provided for your approval before we proceed.

We recommend that you keep your watch wound regularly, clean it gently with a microfibre cloth, and avoid placing it near highly magnetised gadgets and objects.
